Sorana D. Bolboacă is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca (class of 1998), with a master's degree in Medical Informatics and Biostatistics (2001). Sorana is a medical radiology-imaging physician specialist (2005). She obtained a degree of Doctor of Medicine (2006). She is supervising Ph.D. candidates in Medicine (2013).
Teaching activity: I^st cycle (bachelor's degree, Faculty of Medicine: Biostatistics and Medical Informatics and Scientific Research Methodology, Digital Healthcare), II^nd cycle (master's, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics – coordinator; Bibliometric documentation and Ethics and academic integrity), III^rd cycle (PhD studies, Data Management in Medical Research and Publication Norms and Ethics of Scientific Publication).
